Tailored quality assurance
We work closely with design, toolmaking and production to ensure consistency throughout the entire factory. Already in the development phase, the Quality Department is involved in preventing errors and optimizing the product’s durability and function.
Quality as collaboration – not control
For us, quality is not only about identifying errors – but about preventing them. That is why the Quality Department plays an active role in customer dialogue, design review, optimization of production processes and validation of tools and plastic parts.
At the same time, we work with different levels of quality assurance. In addition to solutions with high requirements and extensive control procedures, we also deliver products that do not need to go through the entire process, but are instead completed with a quick and efficient final inspection – for example, our prototypes (DST). This means that we can adapt the quality level to the task and offer flexible solutions that match both requirements and ambitions.
Certified processes and full traceability
We work according to internationally recognized standards and ensure full documentation throughout the entire process. Our quality management is based on ISO 9001.
DENCKER is ISO 9001 certified, a quality management system that, for many, is synonymous with quality, efficient management and structured customer dialogue. These three areas are important focus points for DENCKER. We continuously strive to optimize our processes.
Food contact materials (FCM)
DENCKER A/S manufactures components for the food industry, including equipment and components that come into contact with food.
The company is registered with the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration for the manufacture of food contact materials and is subject to inspections by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, carried out as part of the Danish Smiley scheme.

Performed by a subcontractor, while data evaluation and measurement are carried out at DENCKER using ZEISS INSPECT, color mapping and a complete measurement report.
