DENCKER A/S has just put its latest purchased machines into operation. We have invested in a new Makino U3i wire EDM machine and an additional Makino EDAF3 sinker EDM machine.
The Makino U3i is equipped with Makino’s latest “Hyper-i” control system, giving us the ability to produce high-precision components and ultra-fine details.
An achievable surface quality as low as 0.070–0.1 µm (3–4 µinRa).
We have also purchased an additional CMM measuring machine, enabling us to document at all times that all tolerances, measurements and quality requirements are met.
Capacity has therefore been increased to a total of 4 wire EDM machines and 7 sinker EDM machines.
