DENCKER is a Danish high-tech manufacturing company, founded in 1996 by CEO Anders Dencker. With more than 50 employees, we specialize in tooling, prototypes, and injection molding of small and medium-sized plastic series.
We help companies with complete solutions from idea and design to final production, regardless of volume. Our modern machinery, extensive expertise, and dedicated team deliver precise, flawless products on time.

30 years development
1996: The Beginning of Dencker Værktøj
Anders Dencker founds Dencker Værktøj in a 50 m² rented facility in Nykøbing Mors – with a couple of used machines and an empty order book. The first months are characterized by outreach work and great uncertainty.
March 1996: The Breakthrough
In a single day, two important orders are secured – including one from Malte Haaning Plastic – marking the beginning of the company’s growth. Shortly after, the first employee is hired.
1997: First expansion
The company relocates to 200 m² at N.A. Christensensvej. Growth continues in both the customer base and the machinery fleet.
2006: Move to Færøvej and rapid growth
Dencker Værktøj moves into new facilities on Færøvej, featuring 1,000 m² of modern production space.
2011: Increased capacity
We doubled our production capacity, enabling us to operate on 2,000 m²
2013: New name and new position
The company changes its name to DENCKER A/S and positions itself as a full-service partner for the plastics industry – from idea to finished product.
2017: Further expansion
The production area is expanded by 1,400 m² in line with increased activity and specialization.
2021: Another milestone
Another 1,350 m² extension brings the total area to 4,750 m².
2025: Still in progress
DENCKER A/S employs more than 50 people and exports to large parts of Europe. The company invests in green energy, automation, and people – and continues to be driven by the same core values: quality, reliability, ambition, flexibility, and informality.

As a strategic part of our business, we also operate in the international market, serving a wide range of industries.

Quality with care
1,300 m² of solar panels for more sustainable operations
As part of our targeted efforts to reduce our climate footprint and support more sustainable operations, we have installed solar panels covering nearly 1,300 m² of our roof area. The system delivers up to 200 kW of renewable energy, covering a significant share of our daily electricity consumption.
The investment reduces our CO2e emissions by up to 15% for scope 1 and 2 – an important step towards achieving our 2030 climate targets.
