At DENCKER, we are pleased that young people choose us, and we greatly value our apprentices, who are part of everyday life on an equal footing with the rest of our employees.
It is important to us that young people develop and learn a great deal during their time with us, while also feeling like part of the team.

That is why DENCKER has become part of DI’s Apprenticeship Community, an initiative from DI aimed at creating greater focus on what makes a good apprenticeship.
In this connection, our apprentice Christoffer has been part of DI’s apprentice panel, consisting of 17 young apprentices from industrial trades. The panel has debated, discussed and shared valuable perspectives on how companies today can create the best apprenticeships and attract young people to the trades.

In connection with the apprentice panel, Christoffer was given the opportunity to participate as a speaker at the Confederation of Danish Industry’s Summit, where he represented DENCKER in the best possible way – and, to a great extent, also young apprentices in companies across Denmark.

At the summit, the focus was on young people and the future labour market – how companies and young people develop together – which led to a highly valuable debate.

A good social working environment, team spirit and a strong sense of community, feeling seen and heard, creating space for young people and good leadership were just some of the key points discussed during the debate.

It is an incredible achievement by Christoffer, and at DENCKER we are very proud of him and our other talented, curious and highly committed apprentices.
